Due to the closure of yoga studios, I am running some online yoga classes via Zoom to enable you to maintain a regular yoga practice.
The schedule may be subject to change as I work things out and any changes will be listed here.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA
࿏ Saturdays 10.00am - 11.00am
࿏ Wednesdays 11.20am - 12.20pm (suitable from 6 weeks - or 12 weeks post partum following a cesarean)
࿏ Wednesdays 12.30pm - 1.30pm (suitable from 12 weeks)
࿏ Saturdays 9am - 10am (suitable from 12 weeks)
