Emma Yoga London offers an array of classes to meet the needs of individual clients using a holistic perspective and integrating a variety of yoga styles from power yoga to dynamic, restorative to therapeutic. With an interest in general fitness and wellbeing, Emma Yoga London integrates strength training and elements of pilates into classes, along with all-important breath-work, helping individual clients feel empowered, balanced and in control of their health and wellbeing.

Emma offers one-to-one yoga lessons, weekly corporate classes as well as monthly / quarterly / one-off corporate workshops, small group classes and also specialises in women's health; pre and postnatal and is currently in training to offer yoga for menopause.

Emma's lighthearted, upbeat approach makes the sessions accessible for all and most importantly, fun.
