࿏ Wednesdays 8am - 9am (from 6 weeks - or 12 weeks pp if cesarean - to 6 months postpartum)
࿏ Wednesdays 9.15am - 10.15am (from 6 months postpartum)
࿏ Wednesdays 12.30pm - 1.30pm (from 12 weeks)
࿏ Saturdays 9am - 10am (from 12 weeks)
